Refund Policy – Grad Counsellor

At Grad Counsellor, we are committed to providing quality counselling and admission guidance services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for services purchased through our platform.

Service-Based Fees: All payments made towards counselling services, premium consultation, profile evaluation, application assistance, or any other advisory services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered. This includes situations where the student decides not to proceed after counselling has been provided.

Admission Outcomes: Grad Counsellor does not guarantee admission, scholarships, placements, visa approvals, or any specific academic outcomes. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of admission rejection, course unavailability, scholarship denial, or institutional decisions beyond our control.

Duplicate or Excess Payments: In case of duplicate transactions or excess payments made due to technical errors, the extra amount paid will be refunded after verification. Such refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction date.

Cancellation Before Service Initiation: If a user requests cancellation before any counselling session or service process has started, Grad Counsellor may review the request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative or processing charges.

Processing Timeline: Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Grad Counsellor is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Charges: Registration fees, application processing fees, documentation review charges, and third-party service charges (if any) are strictly non-refundable.

Fraudulent Activities: No refund shall be provided in cases involving false information, misuse of services, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.

Grad Counsellor reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
